Q: What's the fastest way to get a response?

A: WhatsApp or phone, if it's during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm UK). Otherwise email — I check it first thing every morning and reply within one working day. The contact form goes to the same inbox.

Q: Do you offer free consultations?

A: Yes — every new enquiry starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. No pitch deck, no homework, no pressure. We talk about what's not working, I tell you whether I can help, and if I can't I'll point you somewhere that can.

Q: How quickly do you reply to enquiries?

A: Within one working day, every time. Usually much quicker if it lands during working hours. If something's genuinely urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest route.

Q: What hours are you available?

A: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm UK time. I don't work evenings or weekends — partly because the work needs proper focus, partly because that's the whole point of running a business that works for you. Emails sent outside hours get answered first thing the next working day.

Q: Where are you based?

A: I'm based in the UK and work with clients across the UK and occasionally further afield. Everything I do is remote — there's no need for in-person meetings, and it keeps costs down for everyone. I'm fully insured, ICO registered, DBS checked, and AML supervised by HMRC.

Q: Do I need to know what I want before I get in touch?

A: No. Most people who get in touch know something needs sorting but aren't sure what. That's literally what the discovery call is for — we work it out together. Come with the problem, not the solution.
