All Power Hours and project work must be paid for in advance to secure your booking or start date. Retainer services are agreed in advance, including scope and hours, and are billed monthly in advance. Work may be paused or delayed if payment is not received on time. Where services are delivered in line with what has been agreed, payments are non-refundable except as set out in the cancellations policy below. If there is any issue with delivery, we will work with you to resolve this appropriately, which may include corrective work, rescheduling or a partial or full refund where required. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
For Power Hours and booked sessions, cancellations made with more than two working days’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made with one working day’s notice are eligible for a 50% refund or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than one working day’s notice, or failure to attend, are non-refundable. Rescheduled sessions must be rebooked within a reasonable timeframe. Once a session has been rescheduled, any further cancellation of that session will be non-refundable. For project work, once work has started, payments are non-refundable except where services have not been delivered in line with what has been agreed.
Retainer services are agreed in advance and billed monthly. An initial trial period may be agreed. After this, either party may cancel with one month’s notice.
Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, we will resolve this promptly.

Services are generally delivered during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm (UK time), excluding bank holidays. Any planned time off will be communicated in advance. Where appropriate, alternative cover may be arranged, but this is not guaranteed and will be agreed separately if required. If there is any unplanned absence (such as illness), this will be communicated as soon as possible and work will resume or be rescheduled accordingly. Communication is primarily handled via email, with calls or meetings arranged in advance where needed.
