I'm Kelly Douglas, and I've spent 25 years helping small businesses and coaches stop reinventing the wheel with their operations.

What started as setting up and helping launch start up businesses for a franchise network turned into a proper obsession with how things actually work.

I earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at GE, supported over 100 businesses through everything from process mapping to platform builds, and worked with more than 20 coaches who were tired of their tech chaos. I've set up CRMs, built sales funnels, migrated email databases, wired automations between platforms that were never meant to talk to each other, and rebuilt workflows so badly broken that people thought they needed new software when they actually just needed a system.

I'm fully insured, ICO registered, DBS checked, and supervised by HMRC for AML. I'm also a member of the UK Society of Virtual Assistants.

But mostly, I'm the person you book when you've decided that three YouTube tutorials is three too many and you just need someone who actually knows what they're doing to sort it properly. I work either as a DFY operator (I build it, you use it) or as a strategic operations partner on retainer.

The goal is always the same: get your tech out of the way so you can actually focus on the work that matters.

When I'm not buried in client platforms and automation workflows, I'm probably reading, out walking, or ignoring my three cats' demands for attention.
